1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and cekap88 ("Platform", "we"). This document governs the use of the website, application and all services provided by cekap88.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of the latest updated version. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each user is allowed to hold one (1) active account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in all involved accounts being frozen or terminated without prior notice.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This includes:

• Ensuring that registration information is accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
• Keeping passwords confidential and not sharing them with any other party.
• Notifying cekap88 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allowing any third party to use your account for any purpose.

cekap88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport, proof of residential address and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To confirm user eligibility, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be a citizen or lawful resident of the country from which this platform is accessed.
• The user must not be on any self-exclusion list from gambling enforced by any authorised body.
• The user must not be currently experiencing an unaddressed or self-declared gambling addiction.
• The user must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

cekap88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

cekap88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The conditions relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• cekap88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Any attempt to use a credit card, bank account or digital wallet that is invalid or does not belong to the user may result in account suspension.

Funds that have been deposited cannot be transferred to another user and are subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in the following section.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

The conditions relating to withdrawals are as follows:

• Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour after the request is verified by the cekap88 team.
• Full identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to an account or wallet registered in the same user's name.
• cekap88 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for fraud investigation or compliance verification purposes.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

cekap88 offers various promotions to registered members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

For the 150% first deposit welcome bonus up to RM1,500, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM3,700 → wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

General conditions relating to bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly cashed out without meeting the wagering requirements.
• cekap88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions or collaborate with other players to extract bonus value will result in account termination.

7 User Conduct and Responsibilities

All users are required to comply with the standards of conduct set by cekap88. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Use of any software, bots, automated scripts or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors, system disruptions or software bugs for financial gain.
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions or transactions that may be linked to money laundering.
• Spreading false information about the platform or defaming cekap88 on any public channel.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action including temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account, seizure of account funds and/or appropriate legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

cekap88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a self-exclusion request made by the user.

Users may also request to close their account at any time through the customer support channel. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all checks have been completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

cekap88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In the event of a technical disruption that prevents a bet from being settled fairly, cekap88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the funds to the user.

cekap88 is also not responsible for any unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

10 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

cekap88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are advised to review this page regularly.

These terms are governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute arising from these terms should first be resolved through a voluntary negotiation process.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
